Kindly note that according to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (53/2003), our client is regarded as an
Exempted Micro Enterprise, and is therefore excluded from the relevant Legislation, with a B-BBEE recognition level of 100%.
We are currently in the process of compiling all the necessary documentation,
where an accredited verification agency will issue a certificate to this effect.

Our manual is available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Private Body during normal office hours at the specific address as listed in the contact section. Copies shall also be available with the SAHRC. This manual will also be published in the Government Gazette.
